Three Bean Salad
2 cups green beans, diced
2 cups yellow beans, diced
1 small can kidney beans, rinsed
1 small can lima beans, rinsed
¾ cup celery
½ red onion, finely diced
½ green pepper, diced
Seasoning:
¾ cup sugar
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup flax or olive oil
salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning together and add to the bean salad.
Let chill overnight for best flavor.
