Blood Type B

You are the merging modern man and only 1000 years old.  You are a balance of blood type ‘A’ and ‘B’.  You have a sensitive digestive system like type ‘A’ but a strong immune system like type ‘B’.  Type ‘B’ gave you the genetic ability to tolerate meat, but your type ‘A’ ancestors gave you low stomach acid and therefore you can only consume very small portions - so supplement with vegetarian proteins.  You require moderate, creative and spiritual activity – a variety of yoga and sports would suite you well.
