Cesar Salad Dressing
4 tbsp. flax oil or olive oil
1 – 2 cloves garlic (to taste), crushed
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Adjust ingredients according to preferred taste.
Puree with a hand blender and refrigerate until ready to use.
The garlic will mellow in taste the longer you refrigerate it. It can be stored for several days.
Hint: This is a great substitute for mayonnaise in tuna or salmon salad sandwiches.
