Cumber Dill Dressing
1 large cucumber, peeled and copped
2 tsp. dill weed
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ cup flax or olive or safflower oil
few dashes of kelp (sea vegetable)
Several dashes cayenne pepper
salt to taste
Blend all ingredients and chill.
Best used within 5 days.
