Fajitas

2 beef steaks or chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 bag of shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
1 package of large tortillas
 

Seasoning:
1 fresh lime, squeezed
1 tbsp. chili seasoning
˝ tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. sugar


Sauté onion until translucent.  Add red and green peppers and seasoning mixture to the onions and simmer for 5 minutes.

Set up serving dishes for each of the ingredients as a buffet.  Add your choice of ingredients to the center of the tortillas.  Fold the bottom of the tortillas part way over the ingredients and roll the fajita from one side to the other completely encasing the ingredients.  Eat from the opened end at the top.
