Personal Training is about personalizing a routine for your own fitness level and daily needs and receiving nutrition consulting to help you reach your goals.
Circuit training is generally the focus of our sessions because of its strengthening and cardio benefits. Each session is one hour long and includes a proper warm-up, circuit training, cool-down and stretching. Special attention is given to teaching you proper technique to maximize your efforts. Our goal is to progress you to a point where you can start training all on your own...confidently.
Exercise can be very addictive. Once you reach a certain level of fitness and energy your motivation to keep going will surprise you. By this point you may only need your trainer to come in a couple times per month to keep you on track, motivated, and teach you more fun ways to keep progressing towards your goals.
Getting to a gym takes a lot of extra time and effort in your already busy schedule. Some gyms are intimidating and sometimes even dirty. In-Home Training is very convenient for stay home Moms, parents with young children, self employed, or those of you who are lucky to be able to work from home.
