GINGER SNAPS

¾ cup butter
½ cup unrefined sugar (Sucanat)
1 egg
½ tbsp ground ginger
¼ cup molasses
2 cups flour
(or) 2 cups rice or corn flour (gluten free)
 

 

Mix all ingredients well and form into cookies on a baking sheet.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes.
