YOGURT GRANOLA BARS
2 cups granola
½ cup large flake rolled oats
½ cup diced dried mixed fruit or raisons
¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
¾ cup strawberry flavored yogurt
1 egg
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp cinnamon
Combine all dry ingredients. Whisk together all wet ingredients and then add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread evenly into foil lined, and greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in 325 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.Let cool completely in pan on rack. Lift out of pan with foil and cut into bars.
