Greek Salad
1 small cucumber, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 small red onion, diced
black olives to taste
crumbled feta cheese to taste
2 tbsp. fresh basil
¼ cup olive oil
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Toss all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
