Mexican Dip

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup low sodium salsa
1 small tin black beans (rinse well)
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional:
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1 Avocado, diced

 

In a baking dish, layer all the ingredients in any order. 
Heat through in the oven:  350 degrees for 20 minutes.
This recipe can also be served cold (lunches).
Change amounts for each ingredient according to taste.
Serve as a dip with unsalted nacho chips.
