| Can't resist the midnight snack binging? Here's a little tip to help control your overindulgence but still enjoy your favorite treat. Instead of bringing the entire package (the whole bag of chips or the whole tub of ice cream) to the couch, check the serving size on the food label of the packaging and only allow your self that much each day. Put the recommended serving size into a separate bowl and put the rest away and out of sight. Allow yourself guilt free enjoyment and congratulate yourself for your self-discipline. |
