OATMEAL COOKIES
½ cup butter
½ cup unrefined sugar (Sucanat)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup spelt flour
1 ½ cups rolled oats
Optional:
¼ cup raisons
¼ cup chopped nuts
Mix all
ingredients well and form into cookies on a baking sheet.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
