Pesto Pasta

 4 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. dried basil
1 large ripe tomato, finely diced
˝ tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 package favorite noodles
parmesan cheese, to taste

Cook noodles according to package.
In a small fry pan, sauté for 1 minute the olive oil and garlic.  Add the tomatoes, basil and vinegar and continue to sauté until noodles are ready.  Toss the noodles with the sauté and serve.
Add any favorite steamed veggies to this dish.  Serve hot or cold.
