Nachos & Spicy Avocado Dip
 

1 cup low sodium medium salsa
1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic, crushed
Unsalted Nacho chips

Unpeel and pit the avocado and put into a small bowl.  Add the crushed garlic.  Mash the avocado and garlic together.  Add the low sodium salsa and mix well.  Covered and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Place avocado/salsa bowl in the middle of a platter and place nacho chips around the bowl and serve.
