Super Sprout Salad
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
½ cup other sprouts
1 avocado, chopped
6 – 8 spinach leaves, torn
½ red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup broccoli, chopped
Toss gently and serve with Cucumber Dill, or Avocado dressing.
