My ultimate goal with my clients has always
been to create some sort of independence and teach them the tools that
help keep them progressing on their own. In the real world we can’t hire a personal motivator to watch
over our every move, and so I created Baby
Steps to Health. A program that did keep me in their
daily lives; a program that is so easy to follow that it only requires
your commitment and desire to change. I’ve been a Nutritionist for
over 10 years and a Personal Trainer for over 5 years and I’m still making
changes. But my philosophy has always remained the same: that I will
do the best that I can in this moment. Today I choose to eat the
best foods and stay physical. I'm not going to worry about what
happened yesterday, last week or last month…it no longer matters.
And the positive choices that I make today will only strengthen my
commitment to myself for tomorrow.
In short - just stay focused on today!
