Yellow Rice 

2 cups uncooked rice
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. tumeric
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
Water
1 cup seedless raisons (optional)

Stove Top:
Add all the ingredients in a pot with the rice and cook rice according the directions on its package.

Steamer:
Add all the ingredients into the cooking tray and follow the directions for your steamer for the amount of water and cooking time.  Cook until rice is soft – Approximately 45 minutes.
